Finnish skincare brand, Lumene, has announced the launch of the new Nordic Bloom [Lumo] skincare range, which leaves skin looking smoother, firmer and more radiant. The range features four products; the Anti-Wrinkle & Firm Day Moisturizer, Anti-Wrinkle & Firm Night Moisturizer, Vegan Collagen Essence and Vegan Collagen Eye Serum.  

The new range showcases the brand’s new Nordic Berry Pre-Retinol Complex, which is a naturally-derived, vegan complex, formulated with a blend of beta-carotene rich Nordic Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil and Arctic Cloudberry Seed Oil. Studies have shown that beta-carotene delivers retinol-like effects on the skin through converting into retinyl esters by the human epidermis.  

The range also contains patented Nordic Lingonberry Extract, made from upcycled lingonberries, which contains high levels of the antioxidant, quercetin, which boosts skin elasticity and firming. The formula features naturally derived ingredients, including the amino acid, Proline, which encourages the stabilisation of collagen.  

Included in the range is the Nordic Bloom [Lumo] Anti-Wrinkle & Firm Day Moisturizer, which is formulated to leave skin looking, firmer, more refined and revitalised with a lightweight and moisturising formula containing the patented Nordic Berry Pre-Retinol Complex. A study completed by the brand found that 96% of participants agreed that the elasticity of their skin had been restored.  

The range also features the Nordic Bloom [Lumo] Vegan Collagen Essence which is clinically proven to make skin look 25% firmer after just four weeks of use, while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in as little as two weeks. The essence is targeted to diminish the signs of collagen loss and dehydration, leaving the skin looking plumper and more hydrated.
