Collection Cosmetics has unveiled the new faces of its brand and the upcoming stars of its social channels.
Over 250 applications attended an open casting call in London but only 11 winners were chosen to star in the brand’s Real Life Beauty Campaign, which celebrates and elevates beauty through real life moments. Each star presented what Real Life Beauty means to them and gave a demonstration applying a Collection product of their choice. The entries were later judged by an expert panel.
The campaign follows the success of the brand’s Real You campaign in 2021 which saw the beauty brand ban all filters and editing of any models and influencers across its branded content.
Annie Anstey, Marketing Director at Collection Cosmetics, says: ”To me, real life beauty is about confidence, individuality and authenticity. It’s not about perfection, it’s about expression.”
“Real life beauty is messy, joyful, powerful and unique to every person. Our mission is to create accessible, high-performing products that empower people to show up as their true selves – no filter needed.”
“Last year’s open casting was such an uplifting experience, we met so many incredible individuals with powerful personal stories. It reminded us why championing uniqueness is so important and we knew straight away we had to do it again,” Anstey commented.
