Revieve and No7 partner on personalised skincare customer experience

Boots No7 has teamed up with beauty technology company Revieve to provide a more personalised online customer experience to its beauty and skincare consumers.

The partnership will bring Revieve’s market-leading skin diagnosis capabilities and AI-recommendation engine to the Boots UK and Boots Ireland websites with a customised beauty customer experience.

No7 customers will have access to the Revieve Digital Beauty Advisor, a proprietary self-diagnostic platform that personalises the shopping experiences for skincare and enables customers to enjoy a uniquely tailored experience from the skincare brand.

To use the platform, consumers take a selfie using the Revieve Digital Beauty Advisor and answer a few questions related to their skin type and any personal skin concerns they would like to improve. Within two minutes, they receive AI-driven product recommendations and personalised skincare advice based on over 100 different metrics and 30,000 images of demographically-representative people.

Katie Swift, UK Marketing Director for No7, says: “Now more than ever we want to be able to offer our consumers the same high level service online as is offered in our stores, should they not be able to get to store. We are so excited to partner with Revieve as their technology enables our consumers access to discovering the right products for their skin, paired with a personalised experience from the comfort of their home.”

Sampo Parkkinen, CEO of Revieve, says: "The ability to provide consumers with a personalised online experience is the future of the beauty and wellness experience. No7 is the ideal partner to welcome in this next phase due to its skincare offerings, groundbreaking industry research and ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of its customers.”

The personalised analysis is now available at www.boots.com.
