Palmer's celebrates 10-year charity partnership

Palmer’s is celebrating its 10th anniversary supporting Breast Cancer Care this October.

Palmer’s has supported Breast Cancer Care by raising money through sales of ‘pink’ products and most recently by supporting the charity’s end of hospital treatment Moving Forward Courses, which help women live life beyond breast cancer with confidence.

Run in partnership with NHS hospitals, Moving Forward Courses usually take place over half a day for three or four weeks. Delivered by a range of expert speakers, it provides information, support and professional guidance on how to cope with and adjust to life after breast cancer treatment.

Palmer’s will be gifting 216 Moving Forward Courses, meaning their products will reach more than 3,000 people affected by breast cancer nationwide. Each attendee receives a tote bag filled with Palmer’s products to help tackle the drying effects of breast cancer treatments including Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil, Swivel Stick and Coconut Oil Hand Cream. Palmer’s says it hopes the gesture will help sufferers reconnect with their body and help them rebuild their confidence.
