Soltan announces partnership with Warner Bros

Boots’ suncare brand Soltan has announced a partnership with Warner Bros ahead of the upcoming release of the Barbie movie, to encourage families to stay safe in the sun this summer.  

Barbie has been an icon of sun, summer and fun for over 60 years and is the perfect film partner for Soltan, allowing the brand to sprea awareness of the importance of suncare for a new generation of young Barbie fans.  

The partnership was brokered by cinema advertising contractor, Pearl & Dean, in an unprecedented collaboration between Boots and Warner Bros. 

The campaign will feature imagery and footage from the upcoming movie and will be promoted with a 30 second spot created by Pearl & Dean Productions. 

The advertisement will run exclusively across Pearl & Dean cinemas leading up to the release of Barbie. The campaign will also be promoted widely on social media and instore.

The campaign will also feature a competition; one lucky Barbie fan will win two tickets to Los Angeles to get a taste of Barbie’s lifestyle. They will get the opportunity to soak up the Californian sun and sea air, experiencing the Hollywood dream. The competition will be promoted on social media and will run from the 19th July until the 9th August.
