Sephora is continuing its UK store expansion with the announcement of its next store location. Opening in winter 2024, the Bluewater Shopping Centre store in Kent will open at one of the UK’s largest shopping destinations outside of London.
Bluewater customers will be able to shop from a selection of ground-breaking local and global brands that have disrupted the beauty industry across the makeup, travel, fragrance, skincare, hair care, grooming and wellness categories.
Beauty enthusiasts can shop brands including Makeup by Mario, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, Topicals and Haus Labs by Lady Gaga – all exclusive to Sephora UK.
Customers will also be able to get their hands on viral beauty products from the likes of Glossier, Rare Beauty, Kayali and Glow Recipe, along with the extensive and high-quality own brand Sephora Collection.
The store will also feature Sephora’s famous in-store beauty services across makeup, skincare, hair and brows. Elemis, Dermalogica and Seasonly will transform skin with their menu of facials, Dyson will style hair and Benefit will offer its BrowBar services.
Sarah Boyd, Sephora UK Managing Director, says: “We are thrilled to continue this momentum of our rapid growth by opening Sephora stores in key shopping destinations such as the iconic Bluewater Shopping Centre.”
“We have loved seeing the enthusiasm and appetite from our customers around the UK of where they would like to us to show up, inspiring us to roll out more of our ‘beauty playgrounds’ and unparalleled shopping experiences to some of the nation’s most beloved retail destinations such as Bluewater.”
The opening will mark Sephora’s seventh store opening since the retailer’s UK launch in 2022. The brand boasts brick and mortar locations at London’s Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford as well as Manchester’s Trafford Centre.
The brand is also set to open stores at Newcastle's Eldon Square and Gateshead Metrocentre and Birmingham Bullring.
