Luna Daily has launched a self-care range that includes intimate care in a bid to eliminate separate washed for the vulva and other areas of the body. 

Hoping to create a new chapter in self-care, the Luna Daily range comprises expert-developed natural products designed for intimate skin and everywhere else.

The range is designed to balance, nourish and protect even the most sensitive skin thanks to the trademarked ingredient complex, HYDRA-BIOME+: a blend of thermal water with a rich mineral content to maintain a healthy pH microbiome; plant-based prebiotic complex which enriches the skin microbiome to foster natural protection; and vitamins A, E, C and F, to help nourish soften and hydrate skin.

Katy Cottam, founder of Luna Daily, says: “For too long the existing category has made women feel embarrassment and discomfort: even the name ‘feminine hygiene’ insinuates our vulvas are ‘dirty’. In fact, water alone is totally fine to wash with, but for women who want to use a product to care for their intimate skin (myself, and 64% of women*), we knew this category needed, and deserved, a shift in thinking.”

The Luna Daily range includes The Everyday Wash to balance, strengthen and nourish skin; (No) Soap natural bar, clinically proven to be 30 times more moisturising than soap;  (No) Soap Eco Diatomite Dish; The Everything Oil, a lighteweight oil proven to reduce in-grown hairs, redness, bumps and scarring; and The Everywhere Spray-to-Wipe, an eco-alternative to wipes to gently cleanse and freshen skin on the go.

The brand has teamed up with the Lady Garden Foundation to help raise awareness and funds to help reduce the devastating impact of gynaecological cancers. Through a number of planned activations including direct donation from the brand, product sale donations, campaigns, partnerships and events, Luna Daily will be donating funds to the charity to help make conversations about womanhood and gynaecological health natural.
