Feather & Down has announced the expansion of its existing Sweet Dreams sleep aid range to include two new products as part of the bath and body collection from the brand.  Feather & Down is a natural bodycare brand that provides sleep aid products designed to support restless sleepers. The brand has received praise for its wider range of existing products including calming pillow sprays, bath salts and scented candles.  

The Sweet Dreams range is expanding with the addition of the Warming Body Scrub and Nourishing Bath Soak which are targeted to deeply nourish, moisturise and smooth, helping you to relax and unwind for a better night's sleep.  

Evening bath time routines have been recognised for their importance in supporting a restful night’s sleep; Feather & Down state that taking a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime can help you to fall asleep more quickly. Raising your body’s core temperature by bathing in hot water, can also signal to your body that’s time for bed. By using supportive products, you can further encourage a better night’s sleep.  

The Sweet Dreams Warming Body Scrub delivers natural exfoliation with sugar particles to help remove dead skin cells, smooth and soften the skin, and to comfort tired muscles. The Scrub also delivers Feather & Down’s signature fragrance of a blend of lavender and chamomile essential oils to encourage relaxation.  

Additionally, the range will now also feature the Sweet Dreams Nourishing Bath Soak, scented with a specially formulated blend of lavender, chamomile and evening primrose to support a restful night’s sleep. Evening primrose oil helps to nourish, soften and smooth the skin, and chamomile is recognised for its calming and soothing properties, helping to reduce inflammation. The bath soak contains upcycled chamomile extract which is harvested in the UK in an effort to reduce waste.
