Lypsyl launches #SoftWhereItMatters campaign


Lypsyl has launched a TV advertising and digital campaign following the relaunch of its lip balm range in late 2016.

The new stars of Lypsyl’s #SoftWhereItMatters campaign are Ollie, a hardworking farmer from Nottinghamshire who, despite his tough exterior, is #SoftWhereItMatters, and his miniature Dachshund Dora.

Karen Hampshire, Alliance Pharmaceuticals Senior Brand Manager of Lypsyl, says: “The new fragrances and packaging give us the perfect opportunity to create a fresh, new campaign to get women talking and engaging with the brand. We wanted to feature real-life tough guys and show their softer side.’’

The campaign includes a new e-commerce website,, which has an emphasis on strong customer service, offering same day despatch, bundle offers and free delivery when customers spend over £5.
