Ubuna cracks anti-ageing code with ostrich eggs

Japanese skincare brand Ubuna has launched in the UK with its skincare line developed using antibodies from unfertilised ostrich eggs.

The brand says ostrich is the oldest species on our planet, with the most powerful immune system linked to its high concentration of antibodies.

Based on five years of scientific research that discovered the same antibodies can help neutralise skin-damaging antibodies, the globally patented Ubuna range offers the ultimate in anti-ageing protection and prevention.

The range, which had a waiting list of over 5,000 prior to its UK launch, is a fully customisable collection of power serums that address four major skin concerns. Each serum can be used alone or in combination for optimum results.

Brighten Maximum Glow Serum helps to revitalise dull, lacklustre skin thanks to its Natural Melanin Antibody Complex blended with skin-brightening Alpha Arbutin and derivatized vitamin C.

Drench Intensive Hydration Serum features a Ceramide Antibody Complex blended with triple hyaluronic acids and derivatized amino acids to leave skin smoother, plumper and intensely hydrated.

Re-Gen Renewal Sleep Serum combines the Ceramide Antibody Complex with powerful tri-peptides and elasticity-boosting proteoglycan, to reset skin overnight.

Finally, Resist Anti-Pollution Serum contains silver vine extract from Japan to help protect against external environmental aggressors.

Balance Maximum Moisture Cream and Refresh Hydrating Water Cream complete the new collection.

The Ubuna range is available at cultbeauty.co.uk, RRP £180 each.
