The Perfume Shop has launched a new digital service to enhance choosing perfume in the age of AI and AR technology.
The specialist fragrance retailer has created the Go In Store service on its website, which connects online shoppers with one of The Perfume Shop’s in-store perfume experts.
Customers are able to live video chat with a store expert while browsing online, enabling them to experience a personalised consultation and be shown around the store from the comfort of their own home.
Go In Store was created in partnership with eLab, the digital innovation hub from The Perfume Shop parent company A.S. Watson. Since its launch earlier this month there has been a conversion rate increase of +155% for those interacting with the service.
