Eco-pencil company Sprout World has created the first zero-waste make-up pencils.
The Sprout pencils can used as normal until they become too small to use, then planted in a pot of damp soil (green capsule facing down) where they will start sprouting wildflowers within 1-2 weeks.
Available as Eyeliner in black or brown, and Browliner in brown, every element of the innovative pencils are made from natural, skin-kind ingredients and materials.
The 100% natural and ethically-sourced pencils are made from sustainable certified wood, while the green plantable end is a plant-based soluble capsule that dissolves when planted, releasing wildflower seeds. The cap is crafted from recyclable sugar cane.
Sprout Make-up Pencils are available from amazon.co.uk and sproutworld.com, RRP £9.95 each.
