Rockface launches charity vote campaign

Rockface, the British men’s grooming range, is launching #rockface4charity, donating 5p per product sold from 1 July – 1 October 2017 to a charity chosen by the public.

Harnessing the power of social media, #rockface4charity is an online campaign asking the public to vote for the charity closest to their heart from a choice of three: armed forces charity SSAFA; YoungMinds, the charity for the mental health of young people; or the Blue Cross, for sick, injured and homeless pets.

Rockface will support the charity with the most votes, with the remaining charities receiving a cash donation. The winning charity will be announced on 30 June.

The campaign is being supported by heavyweight Facebook and Twitter advertising and the three charities are actively promoting it to their fans and followers.]

Neil Wilkinson, Rockface Marketing Director, says: “We have run successful social media competitions before, but this summer we decided to go a step further and partner with a charity, allowing us not only to continue raising brand awareness, but to also get involved with a great cause. With 5p per product sold being donated to the winning charity, the campaign is also actively supporting retailers, driving traffic in-store to purchase.”

Rockface is the fastest growing British men’s grooming range in grocery, offering shower, shave and skin care products that combine hard working formulations with the signature Rockface fragrance.
