Murad makes rapid move on age spots

Dermatology line, Murad, is introducing Rapid Age Spot Correcting Serum, a clinically-proven serum that visibly reduces the appearance of dark spots, age spots and hyperpigmentation in just one week.

The formula features Dr Murad’s exclusive NHP-3 Technology which contains Niacinamide, Hexylresorcinol and Plankton Extract, plus additional high-performing ingredients including Vitamin C, Oligopeptides and subtle light-reflecting pearls. The company maintains that this combination helps solve pigmentation problems, enhances skin’s radiance, brightens skin tone instantly and over time.

Niacinamide is said to enhance cell turnover to visibly reduce the appearance of dark spots, while targeting key signs of ageing; while Hexylresorcinol minimises damage that can lead to future discolouration and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; and Plankton Extract, an encapsulated blend of green and brown microalgae visibly dissolves dark spots to revitalise the skin’s natural tone and even complexion.

The new serum will retail at £70/€92.
