Beauty Kitchen unveils plastic-free vitamins

B Corp certified Beauty Kitchen has entered the health and wellness category with a range of sustainably packaged vegan vitamin gummies.

Single-use plastic currently dominates the vitamins and supplements market in the UK, with bottle, jars, sachets, pouches and blister packs as the most readily-available packaging options.

With one in three people in the UK consuming vitamins daily, according to Mintel, plastic consumption in this sector is at an all time high.

In a bid to revolutionise this plastic-driven sector, Vitamin Kitchen is a packaged in breathable, plastic-free, heat-sealed pouches made from fully recyclable FDC certified kraft paper.

The launch of Vitamin Kitchen still focuses on the main Beauty Kitchen mission of ensuring the products are effective, natural and sustainable.

The range launches with three vitamin products: Immunity Muscle & Bone - vitamin D3 (1000 IU); Hair Skin & Nails – biotin, vitamin C & zinc; and Health & Vitality – Multivitamins A-E (vitamin A, B6, C and zinc).

The vitamins are made with scientifically proven, high quality, plant based ingredients and are gluten, allergen and gelatin free, non-GMO and not tested on animals.

The easy-to-consume gummies are naturally flavoured with either lemon, raspberry or berry, without artificial flavours or sweeteners. RRP from £14.99.
