CEW UK achievers announced

Cosmetic Executive Women UK (CEW UK) has revealed the winners of its annual Achiever Awards.

Charlotte Tilbury MBE (pictured), founder of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, has been given the Lifetime Achiever Award in recognition of her significant and lasting impact on fashion and beauty.

A true creative visionary, Tilbury has been responsible for the creation of countless iconic beauty styles and trends. Her best-selling beauty brand has won over 250 awards and is available in 67 countries, and in 2018 she was awarded an MBE recognising her services to the beauty industry.

Terry Barber, Director of Makeup Artistry at M.A.C Cosmetics UK and Ireland, has received the Special Industry Award.

Originally starting out on the first UK M.A.C counter in Harvey Nichols in 1993, his career with the cosmetics brand spans 25 years and he has gone on to work on a variety of campaigns, runways and editorials across the globe.

Achiever Awards have been granted to Margaret Dabbs, founder of Margaret Dabbs London – a range of luxurious products and treatments for feet, legs and hands; Annalise Fard, director of Beauty, Accessories, Fine Jewellery & Watches at Harrods; Oriele Frank, co-founder and managing director of Elemis; and Caroline Hirons, aesthetician and skincare expert.

Each winner has been recognised for their outstanding achievements in their respective fields and their contribution to the beauty industry.

The winners will be honoured at a ceremony on 30th October at London’s Rosewood Hotel.
