Yardley London is embarking on an extensive direct marketing campaign after a review of its customer data established this method as the best way to engage its target customer base of 45 to75-year-old women.

The campaign will focus on women in the South, with a particular emphasis on postcodes close to the brand’s key national retailers.

It aims to inspire and attract new customers, increasing footfall to retail outlets and driving traffic to www.yardleylondon.co.uk, in addition to building a database that will help the brand to develop a robust customer relationship strategy.

Recipients will receive a personalised letter, brand leaflet and 10% discount code, which will introduce the Contemporary Classics Floral Fragrance Collection and competition details to win a weekend for two at the Gravetye Manor Hotel in Sussex, which is famed for its stunning floral gardens.

The direct marketing campaign will be supported by a Facebook campaign.
