The Perfume Shop ranked Britain’s eighth favourite retailer

The Perfume Shop has been named one of the top ten UK high street shops in a new report by Which?

The annual survey of more than ten thousand consumers’ shopping experiences over the previous six months focused on product, value, the overall experience, satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the shop in order to compile the list.

The Perfume Shop is the only specialist fragrance retailer to feature in the top ten, taking eighth place in this year’s list of 100 best and worst high street shops, with a score of 77%. This represents a leap of nine places and an 8% rise from last year.

Gill Smith, Managing Director at The Perfume Shop, says: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have been placed in the top ten of Britain’s favourite shops. The business was founded to deliver the best product range at great prices with the highest levels of customer service and unrivalled knowledge, so it’s a great to have this recognition… Now, of course, we’re aiming for a top five position next year!”
