You may notice something different at Clinique counters up and down the country. The prestige cosmetic brand are paving the way for customer service with their the launch of the new ‘Service As You Like It’ concept offering multiple levels of service and new ways to shop for beauty products at the counter.

According to Lynne Greene, global brand president at Clinique: “The ultimate service is…giving the client, what they want, when they want and in the time they want it.”

The new concept is inspired by today’s woman and her shopping habits, the new counter services utilise modern design and technology. Consumers can now interact with the features like the Foundation and Colour Bar and dedicated makeup and skin care browsing areas.

As part of the new concept colour-coded wrist bands are available, indicating whether shoppers want to chat through some options, are happy to browse by themselves or need something in a hurry.

The complimentary wrist bands are on counter from Selfridges Oxford Street, House of Fraser Meadowhall, House of Fraser Glasgow, Debenhams Leeds and Fenwick Newcastle.
